The complexity of intercultural management in the current context in France and Singapore : How does intercultural management influence France and Singapore before and after covid 19 ?

The purpose of this dissertation is to examine how intercultural management responded to the Covid-19 issue in France and Singapore. Because of human mobility, the world's approach to managing multinational corporations has altered since the advent of globalization. Since that time, the company has had to change to accommodate every employee and every nationality. By examining the pre-pandemic and post-pandemic periods, the research aims to shed light on the evolving dynamics and challenges faced by organizations operating in these two distinct cultural contexts. Several psychologists have taken an interest in it because of this, including Hofstede. To promote everyone's integration and understanding, the majority of businesses today have developed in this direction. However, a virus known as the coronavirus that broke out in Wuhan in November 2019 sent the entire world into a social and economic crisis.
