Organizational socialization and the integration of individuals into a company is, if one can say so, the most important factor in not only recruiting but also retaining employees in the company. The concept of organizational socialization goes back many years, the techniques to achieve a perfect integration process and socialization have evolved over the years. Some tactics remain the same and are just exploited in different ways in different companies. But socialization is not the same depending on the type of team you manage. Homogeneous and heterogeneous teams will not apply the same processes, especially multicultural teams. But one important aspect where the company must develop, and commit is the social responsibility of companies. They must commit to the well-being, attraction, and retention of employees in the company.
